all of a sudden irregular periods?

K- for the last 4 years of so-I have been pretty regular with my periods 31-34 day cylces, now just when i hit 31yrs old things went wonky and I was 37 days in Jan and 42 days the next month (when i was a teen/early 20's I had long 40 day cylces) why is thing happening now!!!??

I would recommend that you check with your dr about this to see what they say could be causing this.
