throw a rubber ball of a cement wall for fielding, throw baseballs against an old mattress or net for pitching. Hit balls off a tee, just swing an empty bat and videotape urself and look at ur mechanics, same with pitching. I used to take a rolled up sock and throw it against a couch and tape myself. Field ground balls barehanded this will give u a better "feel" for the ball. Go to batting cages

There's not a lot you can do by yourself. I wouldn't suggest throwing a ball that wasn't a regulation baseball though. Just like a bowler who normally rolls a 16 pound ball wouldn't practice with a 12 pound ball. I would go to the outfield with my bat, take my stance, take a swing and actually throw the bat. Concentrate on your mechanics and throwing the bat straight in front of you. Really focus on throwing your hands and firing your hips all the way through. Baserunning can be practiced alone. Working on angles, rounding a bag and hitting it with your LEFT foot, sliding etc. If you're a pitcher the towel drill is an age old classic. It's not hard to do but requires some explanation. Just Google "baseball, or pitching towel drill." And of course hitting off the tee which is something you should do regardless if you're by yourself or not. Good Luck!
