No. Not like how they at least. If you want sometihng to happen chances are you will work for it to happen, like work harder at your job, scrimp and save etc... It just doesn't happen by wishing.
Now I tihnk the writers have a "Secret". They used common sense as a marketing ploy to get rich and look...IT WORKED!!
