dial 150 and press option 1, then i think it option 1 again for minute and option 2 for texts, may be other way round. i just had an orange contract fone delivered a few days ago and have checked my mins and text earlier today.

either dial customer services or depending on what phone you have you can get the info by text by going to orange plus
