First you should just calm down missing 4 days isn't as bad as it could be. When you go back to school just visit the teachers who's classes you missed and politely ask for the work you need. If it is complicated or there is a lot ask to stay after school with them to get help or have it explained to you. And if you missed notes you could always get them from a friend or if the teacher has them ask for them.

Well since you are sick, don't stress too much about it. If you are feeling better then go back to school the next day, tell your teacher you have been sick for a long time, and teachers need to be understanding about that, and just ask for the assignments the class have been working on since you were absent. It is probably a lot of work, but just try to finish it all and turn it in. Make sure you ask your teacher if you can have an extension to turn in your work, or just ask when do you want the work turned in. Good luck!

If you've been legitimately sick, what are you worried about? People get sick. It's not something you can control. You probably will have a lot of work to make up, but they should give you a reasonable deadline in which to turn it in. You might even ask your teacher if he/she would be willing to give you some extra one-on-one time to learn what you missed if you come in early, stay late or eat your lunch in the classroom. Hope you're feeling better ...

You should ask your teacher for some help if you don't understand the work you missed. Usually teachers give you extra time when you are sick from school to work on homework, and if you don't understand it you could just ask for help. You shouldn't panic because just as long as you have somewhat of an understanding of the work, then you shouldn't be too behind.

You can call your teacher and ask if she can make homework packages for you that your parents can pick up. You can also ask one of your friends that live nearby if they would volunteer to pick up your homework and maybe explain brefly what they did in class. I am sure if you have questions because you don't understand something coming back your teacher would have no problem explaining them to you. If you are sick it is best to stay home and get better. Don't worry but ask your parents if they can call the school and explain.

If you're sick, they should let you make up what you missed. Get the school to get you notes and homework (that the teacher has typed up or something) and leave it for your parents to pick up.

Good schools will let you do that.
