Do all mangoe trees fall on the mangoe season.?

I grew up in the tropics and when I was younger I know for a fact that mangoes are seasonal. They only bloom in the colder months and harvested at the end of summer or the start of rainy season. This if you leave them to nature. With the use of potassium, people can make mangoes bloom anytime of the year.
