i keep reading things about error 999 and people getting emails in other languages and now at the bottom of the page i can only access closed answers and once i went back and clicked on p&s and tried to answer a question and it was CLOSED!!!

I don't think it is, & I hope not. I could add quite a laundry list--& what I find so sad is the people whose avatars have vanished, or, they appear & vanish again & haven't even a nickname, let alone that awful grey "ghost" profile. When I get emails in other languages, I have no choice but to block & bounce them. MANY scams about winning lotteries I never entered, & so on. But let's look at the upside. With the effort of everyone, (goodness knows I spent three solid days on this!) Yahoo removed a couple of stalkers & cloners. Almost all in this section, so I haven't been posting here for awhile. I SPECULATE Yahoo is spending a lot of time on a lot of "new" things, (promised over a month ago to restore my avatar, & I was finally able to do it myself!) yet users are something like a house of cards--& you DO know what it means when a question is closed? Someone reported. & it doesn't even have to be a valid violation. I had a violation that was once restored, but wasn't it horrid going through all of that. We need direct access for our concerns, & I feel Yahoo should incllude us in their decisions. Like, let us take a vote if we want this "new" thing. Wouldn't that be nice? I'd say that within the last three months, everyone is frustrated out of their skulls. How about bombarding Yahoo y_answrs_team@yahoo.com? (No "e" in "answrs.) The squeaky WHEELS get the grease, you think???
