I have an Income Tax Agency and we have just started a Travel agency. I would like some ideas on fliers to send to my clients to let them know about the new addition. Thank you.

I like "optimist's" answer. You should definitely send out a flyer that says "now you can make your tax return go further." It's a great introduction into your new business expansion.
You might also consider giving your current clients exlcusive specials. How about this... you send your current clients a flyer that says this. "If you decide not to pay your taxes next year, I can make you a great deal to Mexico!"

Go to the library and ask to use the reverse directory. Find the street in your city that is in one of the richest neighborhoods.
Go to the grocery store and buy small brown lunch bags. Hand write the mailing address and your return address on the bags and mail them to the people on your selected street.
Give them a day or so and tell them how you can fill up the empty brown paper bag with the $$ that you will save by using your travel agency.
You can also advertise your business on Craigslist.org

Why waste money on getting fliers printed and on postage? Start an email list with your customers. Use an autoresponder to keep in touch with them. You can send out mass mailings at specified times and specified intervals. You can even write them up several weeks in advance and have them go out when you specify. You could send out an email to notify them about a special "one week only" sale, etc.
I know a woman who owns a salon and she keeps in touch with her customers this way. She'll run a "special" and send out the email and gets great responses.
Just start asking for your customers email address and ask them to refer a friend.

try google adsense, chitika, YPN, Affiliates, etc...
Get traffic to your websites and earn money...
If you have good amount of traffic on your website then advertise by display ads...
