No leggings. If this is a fairly dressy event, consider a different outfit. A small beaded, tan necklace would work with this. Any light brown bracelet may work as well.

Wear with White blouse - nice one under neath. Wear leggings - try to find navy if you can if not then black. Wear black ballet flats.

LONG skinny jeans with black[or black polkadot] flats
no leggings
beats match your shoes [or either black or white]
or jst a really thin long silver necklace. it'll make you more "prep"
