Not really. Only one bench spot?

By Position:

C - Decent second tier catcher
1B - Questionable - Helton is trying to come back off a down year.
2B - Questionable - MAY improve in Boston
3B - Good, but will drag down your AVG
SS - Nice - moves to batting third, so likely will increase RBIs this year.
OF - Manny is good, Rocco is an injury risk, and Cameron will likely hurt your AVG.
U - Bad - Johnson is hurt and will be out at least 1/2 the year.

SP - Peavy and Dice are probably fine, Hill "should" come on, I don't like Millwood, and Escobar is good if he stays healthy.
RP - K-Rod is excellent, but the other two are marginal and likely hurt your ERA and Whip.

By Category:

HR - Even if Helton comes back strong, you'll only win this occasionally (50%).
RBI - Same as HR
Runs - IF Lugo picks up and and Rocco stays healthy, you'll still only take this area 50%
SB - Not happening - win less than 10%
AVG - maybe win 50%

W - The pitchers you have are good, but do you have enough? No bench besides Escobar?
S - Win 60%, but costs you ERA and Whip
Ks - You have nice K pitchers - win most weeks if no more players
ERA - Valverde, Hill, Dempster, and Millwood all hurt this cat(although not terrible) - maybe win 50%
Whip - Valverde, Hill, Dempster, and Millwood all hurt again.

If this is a Yahoo public league there are some players missing and that could make all the difference. You may be fine, but I think you'll languish in the midle of your league.
