this isn't your router or wireless connection which is the immediate problem. uninstall all bt software, including the help utility. reboot your system afterwards. after the bt software is gone, try accessing the router via the link system wireless connection application or windows zero utility. you do not need the bt software to access your net connection, however, if it works then try installing it again if you wish. if it dosn't work without the bt software, it may be your wireless card installation/software or drivers or possible a service in windows which is conflicting.

Don't believe the problem is with the router, however try this to remedy the problem.

# SmartBridge -- SmartBridge is distributing an old version of PSAPI.DLL. As a result, users may receive the following error message after installation of Internet Explore 7 Beta 2:

SmartBridge Alerts:SprintDSLAlert.exe-Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL
My error shows sprint, some show Verizon, just depends who you use.

To work around this error:

1. Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge via My Computer (\Program Files\Sprint...\Smart...)
2. Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL
3. Reboot the system

The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory and function normally

This kind usually occure if your wireless router is behind a wall or your other computer is too far from the wireless router. Oneway of solving your problem finding the dead spot in your area by using a laptop with wireless LAN, try to roam around your area carrying your laptop and see which part of your home that we might say as dead spot... and to solve this issue you must purchase another antenna its called expander antennas for linksys. With this antenna insatalled inbetween your two computers and wireless router you might get an excellent signal..

Try seeing if you can find updates on the internet for your wireless adapter; or reinstall any software that might have come with it.
