Obviously it depends what you get. Fast food period is not healthy so neither of these are good choices. But I have to say in general taco bell is more healthy then burger king.

Which one is healthier is a bit too broad. It really depends on what sort of intake you're monitoring as far as a health-related subject. Jared thinks that Subway is healthier but since Subway wasn't part of the choices, nix that one.

Okay, let's see here...let's completely ignore tacos & hamburgers (the main products of the two). Does Taco Bell serve salads? I know Burger King does. Salads (except for the spinach type that killed a few people a while back - not from Burger King, mind you) are healthy so...

Now, let's look at tacos vs burgers. You have corn taco shells, you have enriched flour buns. You have taco meat that sits in a tub of grease (not to mention all of the chemicals that are part of the taco meat), you have processed "beef" patties that are flame-broiled and the grease drips off (then they stick them in plastic pans to keep warm/moist in burger aux jus), both have lettuce, both have tomatoes, tacos have onion powder, burgers can come with "fresh" onions, both have (can have) cheese, I've never heard of a taco with pickles, taco sause vs mayo and/or mustard or neither.

This could illustrate how bad both are, but I would rather have the burger. Tacos are good (homemade), Taco Bell tacos usually have me sitting (add h after the s) on the toilet approx 4-6 hours later (MSG in the seasoning, maybe). But a 1:00a munchies attack & 3 jumbo hard-shell tacos soothes the savage beast...until 4-6 hours later!

For the most part, neither is good. But, if you were doing a diet like Weight Watchers, there are several items at Toxic Hell which fall within the point limits. I don't recall the specific point values, but for 3-6 pts each, you can eat the tacos (hard shell, not supreme), pintos and cheese, and a couple other smaller items.

Burger King will help to clean you out like an enema, but that's about it!!!

Burger King, Taco Bell was on the news for something a while back about their food having some chemical or something.

It depends on what you order, but I would say that Taco Bell is healthier than Burger King. I can't imagine that a Whopper is healthier than a taco or burrito.

Well, the grade of beef that Taco Bell uses is Grade D beef, the lowest grade the FDA will consider consumable by humans. So it's all relative...

well it depends what you get. does BK have salads, if so, that is proably your healthiest option. at Taco bell you could get a bean burrito with no cheese or sour cream and that would be decent for you. but still the beans arent that great, they have hydrogentated oils which is bad for you. but if your in a pinch, its okay occasionally, and if you take out the cheese and sour cream, you lower the caloric value. the one buy my house sells bottled water.
