Please do yourself a favor along with your loved ones and get immediate treatment for drug addiction. Poppers are a type of inhalant just as glue, paint, gasoline, aerosol sprays and whipped cream cans are. Inhaling fumes from any of those household or industrial products may not only kill the person but may also mame them for life, causing permanent disability as inhalants (also called huffing, sniffing, bagging, chroming, glading or dusting) did to a friend. She has a traumatic brain injury (tbi), bone marrow (the fatty inner lining of the bones) damage which causes a grating at the back of her neck when nodding up and down and other permanent damage due to huffing. She was 12 at the time and is now in her 30's with the same problems and damage.

Inhalants can be very addictive (not to mention flammable), so please do get help for yourself and asap! I'm not kidding about how dangerous and unpredictable inhalants are. Please do call a local drug rehab facility and see if they take your health insurance. If you don't have health insurance, some programs may have funding available. You would probably benefit more from an inpatient program so that it is more structured and since inhalants are so readily available. Please do Not let this go! Thank you for posting your question and hopefully your reaching out shows that you would like to seek treatment. Please take good care and be well.

You're the only one that can fix this, you know you feel better so don't do it. Stand up and tell yourself you're the boss if you don't want to take them then don't!
