From and including: Sunday, December 7, 1941
To, but not including : Sunday, September 2, 1945

It is 1365 days from the start date to the end date, but not including the end date

Or 3 years, 8 months, 26 days excluding the end date

Alternative time units
1365 days can be converted to one of these units:
117,936,000 seconds
1,965,600 minutes
32,760 hours
195 weeks

from begining to end if we go by December 7th, 1941 and December 31, 1945 the end of the war and subtract 7 days from 31 , the difference in the days in both Decembers and assuming no leap years we get a grand total of 1,436 days unless I bolloxed up the math.

if we muiltiply 365 days times 56, the number of years from 45 to 01 we get 20440 now subtract a guesstimate of 300 days from December to September we get 19,840 days from the end of world war two to september 11, 2001, again unless I seriously fudged the math.
