It was the former Governor of Arizona. He says it was a UFO. I think he's spent a little too much time in the desert without water.

It was the former Governer Fife Symington. I saw it too and it was not military flares, so I guess what I saw was a UFO.

UFO is unidentified flying object so since it hasn't been identified I'd say yes. Macain?
