the story about his bill is B.S. it is not possible to use 331,000 kWh in a month, I have wired 15000 square foot houses that are in the 25,000,000 dollar range and with everything running full tilt 24/7 the highest bill we could generate was $1,700 and that was keeping lights on all night
a waterfall, air conditioning, and heat, you can only do so much washing and drying. I'm an Electrical contractor I know how this works somebody is lying. Somebody made up the numbers. people buy because they don't know S--t about it, but it sounds bad so they want to believe it.

I'm sure that you know that Al Gore pays more than most users for his energy because it is renewable and earth friendly. There is an option for many of us who love the earth to purchase energy that does not contribute to global warming. I get mine through my local power company. I'm sure that you must too, since you claim in your post to love planet earth.

What you may not know is that Al Gore gets a major percentage of his energy off the grid, from wind and solar sources and was actually able to sell electricity back to the Tennessee Vally Authority. Try looking up the facts before you go spreading fallacies.

No kidding, one of his 13 houses is over 17,000 ft^2. The electric bill alone every month is $2100. That would heat my place for 3 years!

Well, he just wanted to crow a little longer; I'm surprised it isn't "save the rainforest's".

Wow, he gets his power from wind! I should have guessed LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! That was just too good ihaterepublicans!!!!!

You forgot the tanning beds and heated swimming pool, nobody made up anything. Power cost is different from place to place. I think there's BS but its not in how much poor Al baby spends. Look, the guys a liar, a thief and a hypocrite, Dems just give it up.

Al did. You just spew the typical BS of an uninformed citizen. Do us all a favor and do some research and where Al buys power, what kind of cars they drive and who resides with him, as he is an ex VP. Once you come back I'll be glad to feed you the crow you so rightly deserve.

i know its ridiculous, he wouldn't even sign a pledge to decrease his energy usage. what a pant load of horse squeeze he is. i mean, he should have admitted he has a problem in his own house and vow to pledge with the rest of us to conserve where we can. i think if he would have at least tried to vow to pledge i may have had a little more respect for him. the humiliating thing is -- is that he doesn't even understand how much of a hypocrite he is. arrrrrggggghhhh!

I believe that is called being a hypocrite. Just do as uncle Al says, not as he does.

I think it's better to dwell on the hypocrisies of concerned citizens than those of our current elected leaders. I'm glad you agree.
