you can use 13 0's but that will only get you restricted access, not all that great. youd have to have the actually wep key to actually have a good connection

I love it when folks try to steal! & then it just gets better when they try to justify why it's ok for them in this particular circumstance to steal.
Why don't you go over to your neighbors & ask to use their wifi for x amount of $ a month? That way both sides win. You get super cheap wifi & they get a few xtra bucks a months towards paying for their service.
