You are astute, i'll give you that.
That exact fraseology is what i hear from addicts, and alcoholics all the time. They are folks trapped in there own self condemnations, or there own harsh jugements of them selves.
It is a process..teaching them forgiveness...how to forgive themselves..or how to forgive someone else, for that matter.
But thats what the greatest percentage of them have to do...learn how to 'forgive'....if they can accomplish that singel choice, they reach a sarenity they have thought unachievable.
It is a journey...and dinamic in its ways...if you arent struggeling with one thing, yet, be patient,...if your struggeling with something else, you'll stumbel over another..
In the end , it's only a memory, and we visit them when we are old.

ya i see what you mean,maybe by being with people,avoiding being alone,writing all your thoughts as a symbol of getting rid of them,and maybe tear the paper later,watch something funny..also reading an interesting book or novel would you feel like in a whole other world !
