I have the Samsung D900 3MP and the pictures are amazing
it has 3MP 4x zoom and a flash... it produces very good photos

camera phones aren't that great
the best I've seen are 2.0 mega pixels
they are the Helio phones

most cell phones tend to be around 1.3 mp. the worst cameras on a phone are vga(0.3 mp) and the best ones can go as high as 3 mp

My RAZR is 1.3 and it takes pretty high quality pictures that I can enlarge on my computer without seeing the individual pixelage.
