whos name is on the tenancy/house. if both ur names are on then u can open it if not then only the person who is on the tenancy agreement can open it. but if it were me in that situation id open it what the hell, hows he gonna find out, its addressed to the occupier so it states that he isnt expecting a letter, also it has no name on it if u live there and he is israeli (dont mean to be stereotypical here) how is he gonna know what laws are passed in this county about opening letter. if you decide to open it let me know if theres any juicy gossip in there!! lol
