I wear clean underwear everyday for the hygiene factor and the comfort, chances are if your involved in an accident, your underwear aren't going to be clean for long anyway:-)

My mother and my grandmother always told me not to wear any in the event of an accident~ The doctors could help you better with less to cut off~ That's why i never wear panties or a bra~

Yes, you are supposed to wear clean underwear everyday. no matter what and in case of an emergency but I wear them for myself.

Look, I just shower everyday and change everything I wear. My mom has no idea if I am wearing my old undies. lol. funny stuff.
Oh, I was in an accident and I had good clean undies on and knew my momma would of been proud.

most day's i don't wear underwear because i find them irritating to the sensitive skin that area! Unless I am wearing a skirt or short shorts, then i would rather avoid the embarrassment of someone seeing my naked ***! HA HA LOL

I wear clean undies every day and night come home from work shower change undies wake up in morning shower clean undies. JUST plain nasty if u dont wear clean ones.
