How to tranfer data out of a blackberry into another type of phone?

I did it again, my fourth cell phone busted. This time I want find a wireless tank. However, I have about 300 contacts in my Blackberry 7230, what is the best way to export data and import into another phone that is not a PDA? I think I may get a Nokia, they seem to be pretty tough.

you should just be able to save all that info onto your SIM card and when you insert it in your new phone the data will be there
