aww, well it can be difficult dont worry i cant even talk to the ones i fancy but instead i act like a complete bridget jones in front of them and i walk away just feeling like a complete numpty...but do take this advice, dont worry about embarrasing yourself if you say hi and he doesnt reply just think well he is not worth it, just give him a smile when you walk by and if he smiles back then you can have the confidence next time to say hi and take it from there

Just be your normal self and start with talking about normal everyday things. I understand your situation as I had this similar kind of experience with ones that I like. Sort of get all tongue-tied and afraid to say anything for fear that you may say something wrong and offend him.
Just relax and be as normal as you can and let things flow from there.

I don't know your situation, but start by just smiling at him instead of saying hi. If he catches your eye and smiles back, then say hi! let the conversation flow from there.

go by day by day and move forward a lil more everyday. like maybe the first day just make eye contact. second day:smile. then smile and wave then say hi. he'll eventually get the idea and he'll start tellin u hey then talking to u. just go from there.

you don't want to seem like a stalker or desperate find out discreetly what he likes and where he goes then try and look confident and accidentally bump in to him say hi or smile then see how he reacts if he seems approachable and friendly then next time strike a conversation with him

o my gosh i no how u feel...i can never say the right thing...i always sound dorky..my advice is to get to no him a little before u say anything else (dont become his stalker though) then try to open up a conversation with him about something he likes

You must really like him. Bump into him "by mistake" then apologize. Or knock something off his desk. Just act like you knocked it by mistake. Then, you say hi and introduce yourself.
