My current Job of 7 months. it's too early, too far, too many hours no over time pay. The commission sucks. It's also information technology sales. 300,000 products and services for corporations not consumers. I am not an IT/IS/MIS person. The training is geared twards IT/IS/MIS people not sales people. At my interview that I told them I was not IT savy, they told me the training would take care of that. It didn't. I haven't met my monthly goals. My previous jobs I did meet them and was a supervisor but there was a massive lay off

Not sure what to do. I have been looking for 5 months now. This sucks.

When I am looking while employed I usually tell interviewers that I have gone as far in the company that I currently work for as I can, and that I am looking for a place where there is a chance for growth.
Good luck.

Well, if you already have a job offer, just tell him that you found better for yourself, and hope for the best
If not, if you want to quit now and don't have a job offer you could always say that what you're doing right now isn't cutting it for you, so you want to move onto something better.
