These kind of relationships are highly prohibited in educational institutions but what are the possible good sides about it?

According to Plato, education is inherently erotic. Sounds hard to believe but that's what he said. He was talking about unconsummated ('Platonic') same sex relationships, mind.
From the side of the teacher, I can see no good side in this. From the side of the student, possibly if it's very mild and one sided. If you have a crush on your teacher, you might work harder to get his/her approval.

Absolutely none! The same reason that dating someone you work with (dating your immediate manager/supervisor) is prohibited without full disclosure to your employer. This is in order to avoid a sexual harassment lawsuit.
Any teacher that would allow that to happen is probably in an egregious breach of their district's code of conduct. He/She is abusing their power over a student in a situation like this.

They are never acceptable. Weather you are male or female having sex with a child is called being a Pedophile. You need to think about the long lasting effect on the child and tone down your obvious mental problems. Please get professional help before a child is scared for the rest of their life.

Better grades for the student. Seriously, though, be patient and seek those of your own professional status and approximate age. There's nothing wrong with following the norm.
