I look at girls all the time and think they are hot but fantasize about guys sexually in very graphic details. this started when i was 15 but now i am 40.

Everyone is a repressed homosexual. You would not be conscious of your desires if they were repressed. It sounds like you could go either way, so choose whatever feels right for you.

one could be a specific aggression towards homosexuality/ homosexuals... The fact that it is a reoccuring thing for you may indicate that you cannot repress you fantasies but you have repressed you behavior to act on it. This may mean you like both sexes, better known as a bi-sexual. Now, I've only had abt 5 college level psych courses so dont take this as truth, more so my opinion.
