i just bought the hp photosmart d7160. I loaded the disk but it won't download into the computer. When the box pops up asking for the printer model there is no printer listed to match mine.

Go onto HP and download the actaly software for the printer. check if they have a copy to download if not call hp and ask for a new disk and they should help you

If there is a driver fort he 7100 series that will be the correct driver.
