These kind of relationships are highly prohibited in educational institutions but what are the possible good sides about it?

I can't think of any situation in which they would be acceptable.
The good sides? Well, you might be able to get a book or movie deal out of it if it becomes a big national news story. Of course, after losing your job and paying all your legal fees, you'd be lucky to break even.

I wish I was one of those lucky young lads that had an affair with my teacher. One good side is if you're a male, you can brag to your friends about it.

None and never. They are punishable by prison sentences and that is the right thing to do. An adult cannot take advantage of a minor for any reason.
