Try to dry as much of the outside as you can, then give the phone a shake to see if you can get more water out through the little holes in the phone. Then let it air dry for a few days. After a few days, turn on the phone and see if it still works.

BEST THING TO DO IF YOU DROPPED IT IS. TURN IT OFF AND LEAVE IT OFF FOR AT LEAST A FEW HOURS. TAKE OUT THE BATTERY SO THAT IT CAN DRY A BIT FASTER. AFTER YOU ARE SURE IT IS DRY TURN IT ON AND SEE IF IT STILL WORKS. IF NOT THEN YOU MAY HAVE TO CALL YOU CELL COMPANY IF YOU HAVE THE REPLACEMENT PLAN. IF YOU DONT CONSIDER BUYING A REPLACEMENT FROM EBAY OF JUST GO TO YOUR PROVIDER AND UPGRADE.

I dropped mine in a spa chair tub ~_~.
This is what I did:
Take it apart, dry up as separate parts, (blow with an air can if you have one) or use cotton swabs to get inside the smaller pieces.
Hope yours still works!

Oh god don't use a hairdryer!!
Lay it flat with the keypad down and let it dry out thoroughly. If it's a flip phone make sure to open it first (duh). There's a good chance that it will be ok unless you left it submerged for an extended period of time.

Try taking it apart (carefully) and using a hair dryer to dry it out. If that doesn't work then I hope you have a good warranty.
