I just ordered Comcast Cable Internet online a few days ago from their main website. They didn't give any tracking numbers or anything I could use to check the status of the order. I'm not even sure if the order was confirmed by a representative when I made the order. I couldn't get the live chat that opens after an order is placed to work. Is there any way to make sure that the order was actually placed and is there any way to track it?
