I am preparing a move in two weeks and am spraying outdoor items with Raid since we have a lot of Black Widows in Southern Calif.... I do not want to accidentally take live or soon to be live spiders with me. If I spray all of my outdoor items & furniture, and miss removing an egg sack... will the babies die if only the exterior of the sack is sprayed with RAID?

Douse it with Raid and get a stick or something to remove the sack. If you really drowned it good then you should be alright. Take the extra precaution and remove the sac when you see it. Sacs can live on without the mother spider since mother spiders die not long after putting her eggs in the sac.
