I'm not fat,but I'm not too skinny.I'm in the middle.

40 c so your on the chunky side huh? yea you'll have back pain and alot of other sort of pains if you dont get into shape do a web serch for bmi calculator and figure out how much you need to lose and on top of that i would build some muscle in my back to carry those suckers and also if you do some chest excerises you may lose a little bit of that, if none of those work they'll always have a job at hooters for you............

That is very large for a 14-year old, but you don't give any indication of what you weigh, so part of the problem could be overweight. If that doesn't compute, if you are average build but just very buxom, you might consider talking with your mom or your family doctor about breast reduction because that is a pretty heavy load to carry. You can protect yourself against back pain, at least to some degree, by working out and building muscles, but you might still want to reduce your breast size.

If you lose a little weight your bra size will go down and you will be at less risk of having back pains. This may be a hereditary problem though if big breast run in the family. But don't be ashamed there are plenty of ladies out there with them.

i am 13 and i wear a c cup... i do get some back ache and pain...but i found that if u do sum excersises on your back that it will help A LOT!!!
