My question is, what does a country gain by allowing immigrants into thier country, should a country be racial mix why or why not?

2 Get huan power at very low costs.
A country can be a racial mix.
World is a global village.
Geo ,plitical border can no more limit people.
All the people who live,and work for a coutry shaould be allowed to live in that country.

I think that a country benefits by letting immigrants into their country first socially because while a society which has all the same values and beliefs can do well to serve their own needs, they are also somewhat limited to progress because there is no challenge to the status quo. If someone new were to enter that society with a different background than the others, while it may cause problems on a superficial level it also forces the existing main society to reevaluate their own ideas and ethics in order to accomodate the new arrival and in the process may bring to light certain flaws of its rules and practices that may not have otherwise been noticed.
