Strapless bra that is not too padded.?

Padded bras often make one look too top heavy. Any suggetions as to where to buy one that is not too padded, but enough to hide.

victoria's secret has one that isn't padded called the "ipex strapless". its very smooth and comfortable! it comes with clear and regular straps too, so you can also where it as a normal bra, halter, or racerback when you're not going strapless!!!

They have these "stick on bras" at Wal-Mart. I am a DD and it holds mine up as if I had on a bra
