computer file deletion question.?

Question

even when i clear the history the file is still there. for example: you know when you visit web sites and it automatically puts it your search engine so all you have to do is type the first letter to the site and the whole web page pops up and all you have to do is click on it and your there. but when i clear my search history everything get cleared except this one web site. How do i get rid of it?? somebody please help!!

these sites usually leaves two types of files
in the temporary internet files directory and in cookies
try to do disk clean up and delet the history and cookies from internet options
