It depends on what you are talking about here. If you get married, and divorces before marrying another person, it is perfectly legal for you to do that but, if you are married and is not divorced or you just abandoned your partner and went and married another person, you havve committed an offence in the eyes of the law known as bigamy. So, it is an offence to do that.

If you are referring to marry the same person, you can marry and divorce them more than once.

It is against the law to marry again before getting a finalized divorce. If you marry for the second time before getting a divorce, the second marriage is considered null and void.
