I need a simplified answer please.. i am not good enough to mess with formulas or whatnot... just need to know if there is any household things i can use.. and please have a source of some kind so i dont blow my hands off.. :) heh

Heat it. Or try adding a little hydrogen peroxide at a time and observe. Watch out because at some point the chlorine may come off quickly. If you do this, watch out for your gloved hands. Gloves rated for mineral acids may be chewed up by mixtures. Watch your container too. Pyrex may be a good choice but stainless steel may not be. Some plastics may also be attacked.
