We all know WWE needs to rebuild the tag division. There are currently way to many singles wrestlers, and they could be put to better use as tag team wrestlers.
Make your tag teams, or even list of tag teams. Give them a good name(s).

Should have added this. Who out of the young talent would be better suited at being in a tag team? Edge, Michaels, and JBL where tag wrestlers before they got their singles push.

The Alpha Male and Lashley would be a great tag team. They'd be just like Doom when they had Butch Reed and Ron Simmons.
Another good team would be CM Punk and Gregory Helms, they could use the name of Helms's old finisher in WCW, the Vertibreakers

The tag team division is falling way behind due to more wrestlers going for singles carrers,but the are many dream teams I can think of.For one Undertaker and Kane Should stay together they would become champions in a heart beat,another whould have to be CM punk and Chris Benoit the are both very gifted technical wrestlers and would take the WWE by storm,but the best team would have to be Sandman and Stone Cold they are both beer drinking,law breaking wrestler and would make a very funny team to watch in the ring.

The Great Khali could have any partner and make a tag team that would dominate for years, but I would most like to see Carlito as his tag team partner.
SmackDown
Out of all the brands, SmackDown's tag team division is the most advanced, but that's like claiming to be the tallest midget. William Regal and Dave Taylor need to make another run at the titles, and be successful this time.
ECW
I don't know if they even have a tag team division, but if they did, two members of the New Breed who have tagged together multiple times would be one of my dream teams: Kevin Thorn and Marcus Cor Von.

Well, the TLC matches between The Dudley Boys, Edge and Christian and The Hardy Boys were the best. Thay all had great chemistry together. I would like to see some more cruiserweight pairings like Billy Kidman and Paul London, some Luchdors like Chavo Guerrero and Supercrazy and the Hardys back together again of course.

Kennedy and Benjamin would make a great tag team, and they would be called Ken-Shen =P
Kenny Dykstra and Gregory Helms, both underrated wrestlers, would be called Eye of the Hurricane
