I am not sure if you are wanting exact mountain ranges or what. In New Mexico we have the Sandias, the Manzanos, Mt. Taylor, The Zuni Mountains, the Gila, the White Mountains, Wheeler Peak, the Floridas, and the list goes on and on..In southern Colorado you have the San Juans...again, the list goes on and on. What exact information are you needing on these ranges?

What I would recommend is getting on the USDA forest service web-site and going to the state and ranger district you are interested in. They should have all the info you need.

Here's the link (also includes Colorado) http://www.fs.fed.us/recreation/map/state_list.shtml#NewMexico

In Colorado, Rocky Mountains.
They are about 1 hour outside of Denver. The Continental Divide runs through the Rocky's. You can go to the top of some of the highest i.e. Pikes Peak, with the cog railway or Mount Evans, you can drive but not until later in the year.
