Has to be one of the top 10.
I've had some time to think about it (overnight) and here is my ranking:
1. Hawaii Five-O - a full length song fully orchestrated!
2. McGuyver - just because I liked the show so much.
3. Theme from the A-Team
4. Rockford Files
5. Star Trek - the original - loved the soaring horn lines.
6. Magnum P.I.
7. Hill Street Blues
8. Theme from S.W.A.T
9. Dallas
10.Cheers
There are lots of others, new and old, and I guess it just depends on what style you like. It seems like the older ones(Mike Post wrote a lot of them) are better. The newer ones are often so brief (guess it gives more time for commercials!) that it is hard to develop a liking for them.
