Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

* Restaurant Financial Basics by Raymond S. Schmidgall

i wish i knew but i dont... can u help me with my math questions?.... the other ones? the ones that no one answerd yet hehe plz!! its due tomarrow and its like worth alot!!! and im failing... and i hate math and i need help....
