It comes with a CD, so what can I do to make it work, what do I install? please help!

Well, There could be alot of things wrong with it. Changing a MB and processor can be tricky sometimes. Make sure that you have The ribbon from your Harddrive going to Eide Port 1. The other port is for Cd-Roms ect... I would try plugging in only the Motherboard and Harddrive.

you have to say if your hard drive is SATA drive or not ?
in that case (sata drive) when you try to install windows you must press F6 to install third party of drivers - sata drivers - (floppy disk - or in the cd of motherboard drivers)

in second case (ide drive) you must check jumpers (master, slave) or cables. if you have problems again you maybe must update your bios to "see" big hard drives

Did you set Hard drive to master?? Did you connect your Hard drive to your Primary Ide1?? did you go to Bios to see if you can see your hard drive there?? if not do it .
