first of all i would like to say i hate duke and their fans. ok now that i have that out of the way, i think pat riley or billy donovan. donovan maybe a little doubtful because he has it made in florida but i know florida fans, all they care about is football. florida is a football school and everyone knows it. riley would be awesome but very unlikely. i personally would like calipari because he has done so much with memphis and has really turned the program around. pitino ha! i do not want him back i would take knight before i take back pitino. and tom izzo is very unlikely i mean he also has it made and i cant see him leaving and wearing blue.

Tubby Smith left because after the meeting with the AD, he did not like the terms he was given. Not sure who the new coach will be, But you can bet that they will take a hard look at it. The local news here says they have already had some big name coaches contact them through their agents. It's up for grabs, but don't think they will take Pitino back even though he has thrown his hat into the ring. Guess we'll just have to wait and see. What coach wouldn't want to make the money a KY coach makes. It's the most in the country.

I ain't a UK fan, in fact I have a burning Orange hatred for them. But I respect Tubby and think UK is losing a really good coach. Ten Loss Tubby? Hahaha. Babies. Whiners. UK fans are not going to be happy until Jesus returns, becomes their coach, and they sign him to a 4 year contract.

A Duke fan???? Bwahahahahaha. Nice season. And judging from the McRoberts news, it looks like the rats are jumping off the sinking ship in a hurry.
On the bright side, I think you have a real shot of winning the NIT next year....
But to answer your question, I think Tubby saw the writing on the wall. The fact is, he had no real killer recruits coming in next year, so it probably would have been his last. I give him credit for doing what was best for himself. KU fans never really appreciated him, so I'm sure he'll be glad to be coaching elsewhere...

No Duke love here. You might be looking for coach soon too if he doesn't start winning. Kentucky has the money to buy Billy Donovan if he doesn't make the mistake of going to the NBA.

yeah suitable, he's one in all of the final coaches. that's the Kentucky gamers that are taking part in very poorly suitable now. end asserting that tubby might desire to be fired, and attempt to advance the gamers. If Kentucky could make the three ball, they could be unstoppable. verify out his usual checklist with Kentucky................. 241-seventy one (.772)
