That's a great point. All members of the Illuminati elite are corrupt and completely hypocritical. In truth, they do not have allegiance to any particular political party. They only pretend to be Republican or Democrat. Their mission is simply to carry out any orders of the "Inner Circle" of the Illuminati. They could care less about the troops. All wars are orchestrated for a specific purpose. It is usually to get a response from the masses. They use wars to get people's attention off of what they are really plotting. And they use the threat of terrorism to take away our civil liberties. Most people don't object to this because it is done under the guise of public safety. Besides most people nowadays are not aware that their rights are being violated. Studies have shown that Americans know more about The Simpsons than they do about the U.S. Constitution. That's pretty scary stuff because the more they can "dumb down" the masses, the more control they have. And that's their ultimate motive - Absolute Control & totalitarianism.

They don't have the courage to stand by their purported convictions. It's pure politics. If they vote to defund, they fear they will be viewed as weak on national security -- so they pussyfoot around and hope the anti-war lip service they pay and feeble token efforts will be enough to appease their anti-war base.

Judging by your reaction to their performance and the reaction of many others on the left, they are instead alienating their base and appearing ineffectual to all others.

There is scant little intersection between my views and those of the American left, but I do think these Democratic congresspeople who campaigned on an anti-war platform need to grow some cajones and at least try to deliver on the promises that got them elected. They owe that to the constituents they represent, the ones that hired them with their votes.

Democrats don't make decisions. They deliberate. Good thing too cause we don't want them going forward with their threats to legislate us to death
