Woody is far to good for Boro and I can't see him returning to Madrid. Arsenal need a good central defender. Chelsea just want a spare man but if he thinks he is better than Carvalho he could choose Chelsea but I don't think Abramovich will put too much trust into Mourinho yet! Newcastle is perfect for him and he is perfect for the toon!!! Get out your wallet Shepherd if you want to make the Champions League!

Next season I'm not sure where he is going - may be he might renew his contract with the current team.

Tomorrow, he will be in action as England take on Israel in their Uefa Euro 2008 qualifier. Currently, England is in third spot with Greece Leading them!

he will remain in premier league , no way to go back to Real because they allready got Ramos , Cannavaro , Helguera , Mejia , 95% Metzelder from Borussia Dortmund and probably Andrade from Deportivo La Coruna (all central defenders)

Depending whether Roeder moves in for him, I expect that he will be back at the Riverside next season.
