It will be tough. And, if you have ever been evicted, no. When I was landlording, an eviction was unconditionally disqualifying. If you can find a guarantor for the rent payments, you may have a chance.

I think if you explain your situation and am willing to put a larger security deposit you may find someone worth working with you. Remember, a property owner vs. big property managment firm may be more willing to work with yah. Good Luck!

if you have a previous eviction then it is going to be hard. either slum it or get a co-signer
