There was a movie a long time ago called The Unborn 2 where the lady had an evil little kid, and because the special effects were crappy back then you can tell he's a doll. In the end, she puts an aerosol can in the microwave and the house blows up. His name was Joey. There was also Dolly Dearest, but I don't remember how it ends. Those are from the late 80s or early 90s I think.
