THE KEYPAD AND THE SCREEN ARE NOT COMMMING ON AT ALL. I PUT MY SIM CARD AND PUT A CHARGED BATTERY AND WAS ABLE TO CALL THE PHONE BUT COULDN'T ANSWER BECAUSE THE BUTTONS DO NOT WORK ON THE TOP, I WAS ABLE TO GET THE CONNECTION AND THE PHONE WOULD VIBRATE FOR AN INCOMMING CALL.

try to swithoff the power and take battery out and wait for 2 min and try to restart..

Just take the battery out, wait at least 30 seconds and put it back in and let it come on. if that doesnt help here are some sites that might be of more use to you.
