can i take the judge to court?

Depends on what it ordered & how long ago it was entered. If it ordered you to do something, doing it will satisfy the order. If you want to "take the judge to court" - that's basically an appeal, which must be timely filed according to the rules that govern the court that entered the order. You also have the option of asking the judge to reconsider - there is a rule of procedure that covers that, too. Don't just ignore it, that will usually result in a much worse result than what the order stated to begin with!

No, you cannot take the judge to court.

You can appeal the order, if you can cite specific reasons why it was improperly granted.

You can also challenge some orders in federal court, again by citing specific reasons why it was unconstitutional.

Just ignore it and like most bad things it will go away by itself.
