I am a supervisor for a large bank, and have been offered a position as a banker for a small bank. There are pro's and con's to this . What should I do ? Should I relocate? I love Seattle and this was the whole reason I posted for this position. However Im in a leadership role with a large company and have a couple months left to be fully vested in my 401k, and future oppurtunities, this also comes with political drama and corporate injustices with this big bank, my work goes unappreciated. This smaller bank seems like they would appreciate my skills, strengths and I would have a bigger impact on the bottom line. I'm 26, single no kids and I rent here in Sacramento. What should I do , I think they want an answer?

Come on down! But bring your umbrella. If you want to buy a house, which I recommend doing as soon as you can, it will be cheaper in Seattle than in California -- but not by a lot, compared with Sac. But the major decider should be how you envision the career opportunites.
